Legal Document Preparers are certified by the county and must have been trained extensively in the legal field prior to being able to assist people who need inexpensive legal document preparation. They are not allowed to act as attorneys who give advice. They must be neutral and informative about the paperwork only. Most people who have simple legal document needs will hire LDA's to assist them.
We will produce California legal docs based on questions asked of you of your case, submit these law documents to you for approval, arrange for a time to sign the documents, notarize documents and file your documents with the court if you so choose.
